Marian converts a wide range of EMI materials such as: copper and aluminum foils, metalized fabrics, conductive elastomers, conductive foams, and tapes/transfer adhesives. Based on the complexity of your application, Marian can also create a part with multiple layers of thin conductive materials that achieves the appropriate EMI shielding and absorbing requirements. Learn more about EMI Materials below.
EMI Gaskets, RFI Gaskets
To ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), it is common in many device designs to completely encase the electronics in a conductive enclosure. EMI gaskets and RFI gaskets provide good electrical conductivity across the gasket / flange interface at the seam of the enclosure. Generally, the better the conformability and conductivity of the material, the higher the shielding effectiveness of the gaskets.
